... began his culinary career at the age of nine in his uncle's bakery in Sicilia. He completed culinary school in Bellagio, Lake Como, Italy at fifteenthen worked at the world renowned Villa D'Este as well as many other properties throughout Italy and Europe.
Moving to the United States in 1980, his culinary arts have graced the patrons of Spiedo's (Silicon Valley), Pappagalo's (New York), Rex (Los Angeles), and Valentino (the perennial Hollywood favorite).
Patrinostro held the position of Corporate Chef for Warner Brothers Studios and has consulted several prestigious properties from the East Coast to our Bay Area.
Gaetano now makes his home in Sonoma with his wife Kimberley and their Cucida 'Bella'.
